"I never seen that awhile" she says. This 4 year old who has an incredible vocabulary and way of communicating what is on her mind. This recent phrase means she is talking about something she hasn't seen in a while: a lost toy... A movie that hasn't been played in some time... A family member we haven't made enough time for... Anything we almost forgot we missed. She is willful, a little wild, and demonstrating her creative and artistic ways lately. She is messy (so messy) in ways that seem more than the norm even for 4, yet so considerate, in ways that seem more than the norm even for 4. This is summer with Sayler-
